fcitx的实验性手写支持

老实说目前也没找到好用的算法……算是prove concept这样吧。

不过还是蛮有意义的，因为这是第一个除了我之外的人写的fcitx插件。（我负责和fcitx通信的部分）非常感谢 chenfc 兄。
